What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or money orders.
What is your guarantee on the product?
Momento guarantees a 30-day warranty against any defects that may have occurred during production. This does not include normal wear and tear of the product.
The Your Scrapbook order form has so many options, can I get assistance filling out the form?
Yes, please call or email! We want to make this as seamless as possible for you. Momento would not be Momento without all of the fine attention to detail, therefore, we offer several unique design options. This can be overwhelming at first but simple once you have done it. Let us help you!
Are there any photo requirements?
Yes. Please submit photos no larger than 8 x 10 and no smaller than 3 x 5.
Can you crop my photo?
Momento holds the rights to artistic design and will crop for the best results unless you let us know that you prefer no cropping.
Can I use any photograph/s I want?
Please send 300 dpi jpeg or tiff digital images. If you send a photographic copy, it is not guaranteed to be returned in its original condition. Please do not send the original.
Can more than one photo be used?
Yes, multiple photos can be used. We can make design recommendations for maximum photos used. Refer to Your Scrapbook order form, as additional charges apply when using multiple photos.
Is this an iron-on transfer process?
No, photos are printed directly on polyester, cotton, silk or canvas, based on the design and style of the items you have selected for your order. Please inquire if you are concerned about the specific material used for your item.
What is the recommended cleaning option?
We recommend spot cleaning only for your item. It is a one-of-a- kind piece of art and should be treated as such. Inks are water and light resistant with normal use. Some of the fabrics are delicate and items should be treated with care.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard lead time is 4-8 weeks from when order is received and processed. Please indicate your due date and we will make our best efforts to achieve that date.
Can I place a rush order if I need it sooner?
Yes, please add $30 to the cost of your item if you need the item rushed. We will let you know if the due date cannot be met and when the earliest possible ship date can be.
Is the item taxable?
Yes, Minnesota Sales Tax of 7% applies to orders.
