Customer satisfaction and happiness is our goal at Momento.  Items in the shopping cart that are not personalized or custom can be returned within 60 days of receipt of item for a $5.00 handling fee. Items that are custom, including those on the shopping cart and in the Your Scrapbook Personalized Collection, are non-refundable with the exception of order error by Momento. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are FINAL SALE.
